JEE Advanced Entrance Cutoff SC ST Gen OBC 2016 Admit Card, Rank Predictor:-
Joint entrance examination(JEE) has been conducted on 22nd May 2016 and candidates have applied in large number and written the JEE advance entrance test on prescribed date by downloading the admit card from official website from 11th May onwards. Here at this article candidates can check the details about rank predictor which is concluded from minimum prescribed marks as per category wise will be listed in merit table.
The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2016 will be undertaken by the 7 zonal IITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB) 2016. The performance of a candidate basis for admission to the Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programs in all the IITs and the ISM. The decisions of the JAB 2016 will be final in all matters related to JEE (Advanced) 2016 and admission to IITs and ISM.
Exam Paper details:-
- There are two papers in examination namely Paper 1 and Paper 2
- Question paper compromise multiple choice objective question
- Each paper covers 3 hours of duration
- Each paper consists of three sections of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
- Negative marks will be given for wrong answers for some of the questions.
- The paper will be provided in two languages Hindi and English for more details check the website.
Rank Lists details:-
Only candidates who appear for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking. Marks obtained by a candidate in Physics in JEE (Advanced) 2016 will be equal of both papers. Marks obtained in Chemistry and Mathematics will be calculated in the same way. Total aggregate marks obtained by a candidate in JEE (Advanced) 2016 is the sum of the marks given to he/she in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Rank lists will be obtained based on the total aggregate marks in JEE (Advanced) 2016.
Only candidates who score the minimum prescribed marks in individual subject and individual paper and in aggregate will be obtained in the rank list. Minimum marks will depend on upon the category you belong these are as shown in the following table.

Results for JEE advance 2016:-
- Results will be made available at official website of JEE.
- No rank card will be sent to candidates through post.
- Declaration will be most probably in the month of June on 12th 2016.
